Read-only tool mode for MCP

Limit a chat to MCP tools that only search or read, so nothing in that chat can modify, delete or send anything. Show clearly in the chat what its tools are allowed to do.

Today you can already choose tools per chat from the tool panel, and turn off the tool finder (the magic wand icon) so the AI can’t add other tools on its own.
