Access to local folders/workspaces
I’m liking Vinaa so far, but have hit a limitation. I’d like to be able to reference a local file system folder and its contents for task processing and output. Here’s the specific use case: I’ve got several hundred FIT files from sports watch that I like to have analyzed periodically for biomechanical tracking and progress. As weeks and months go on, it’s a slowly-but-steadily growing mass of data. I don’t want to manually attach all the files to the chat window each time for processing: I want to able to refer to the local file system folder where the FIT files keep getting stored. And at the end I don’t really want the Markdown/Mermaid report to be in the chat window, I’d like it to be written directly to a local file system document. I guess we’re bleeding into the realm of agents here, but better file system integration (with persistent read/write permissions) would help with a lot of workflows.
Chat settings sidebar
Show per-chat AI settings (system prompt, temperature) and a cost breakdown in the right sidebar, next to Attachments
Message actions: edit, regenerate, delete, start new chat from here
Add actions to every message: regenerate any response (not just the last one), edit an earlier message and resend it, delete a message so it's no longer sent as context, and start a new chat from that point.
Allow changing font size for accessibility
Support Cmd + / Cmd - (and Cmd 0 to reset) to zoom the chat UI, plus a menu item and font-size setting.
Show all projects in the sidebar
Currently switching between project is not user friendly as user need to select the project one at a time from project. Show all projects in the sidebar if “All projects” is selected to make it easy to select different projects
